Tam opened Cordon Blue in 2007 and has been welcoming customes to her very popular waterside Bistro ever since.
The extensive menu includes, Seafood, Meat, and Vegetarian dishes with an international flavour as well as a Full English Breakfast, Sandwiches, Burgers and other snacks.
